Dalian International Conference Center, located at the southern end of Renmin Road, Donggang District, is the permanent site for holding summer "Davos Conference" and other large conferences. It is an important project to show Dalian's modernization level and city image, with a total construction area of 132,000 square meters. The 12 public toilets from the ground floor to the 34.00 level are drained by vacuum on the same floor.
